With a 2 car connected garage and indoor/outdoor sandstone fireplace, it comprises 2 large king bedrooms each with a walk-in robe and ensuite. There is ducted air conditioning, fully appointed kitchen, open plan living dining, concealed laundry, outdoor dining terrace, swinging seat and BBQ. Perfect for 2 couples or a family of 4 or 5. It also feels surprisingly large for a tiny home, with light streaming in the windows from your own private garden and the bushland beyond. And, yes, there are Kangaroos out there, all the time.

Enjoy the heated floors and an Internal fire at the press of a button. Firepit outside awaits, sizzle a steak or toast marshmallows under the stars. Snuggle up on the couch, stream a movie you never got to see or work on the super fast internet. Take a walk along the country lanes and enjoy the fresh air.

Contemporary country experience Enjoy the simplicity and restoration that rural peace offers without getting your hands dirty (*unless you want to!). This design inspired cottage provides a place for up to 6 people to take in the sunset sitting by the open fire, then wake to collect fresh eggs and watch the horses, cows and kangaroos graze, or wander down to the creek for a picnic. The cottage is fully enclosed in a fenced area 800m2. We have changed the fencing so none is electric.

The Stables is a self contained guesthouse situated on our family property in beautiful Burradoo. Suited to either a family of up to four or two couples, the guesthouse is fully equipped for a weekend away in the countryside. Located midway between Bowral and Moss Vale, the Stables is set on 10 picturesque acres and surrounded by unspoilt farmland, with views to Oxley Hill and surrounds - yet Bowral’s boutiques, homewares stores, restaurants and cafes are just 5 minutes away.

Hideout 2.0 - 远离喧嚣的豪华袖珍小屋

NOTE- Please check our profile for more available tiny homes on the property. Hideout 2.0 is set on a working horse farm in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales. The tiny home is architecturally designed featuring white washed birch plywood, concrete style panels and brushed nickel fixtures. Our large deck and awning allows you to sit out and enjoy the fresh air regardless of the weather. The views span across the rolling highland hills and paddocks filled with horses.

The Carriage House at the historic homestead, Welby Park Manor has been lovingly restored and renovated. Oozing with character and charm, the Carriage House is self-contained, private, dog-friendly and fully fenced. On-site parking is available, wood is supplied for the slow-combustion fireplace and outdoor fire pit. you will be welcomed with drinks on arrival.
