Cozy King Blue H2O Staycation , Pool & Hot Tub

Quiet secluded STAYCATION w/ Fully Fenced Back Yard for the PUPS. We have a hot tub for year round use and a Stock Tank Pool (Closed until 5/23/25) . A fire pit to unwind. Back yard BBQ with a built in bar top table and a cozy Sectional to enjoy the outdoors. Inside we have an amazing plush King size mattress to take all stress away. Full kitchen * Hot tub - I will do my best to have it available at all times unless there is a mechanical issue. (No refunds if hot tub is not available)

I love my neighborhood! Brand New Location for me! Relax with the family at this peaceful place to stay! If you are just passing through or traveling for work, this is the perfect place for you! Located in Washington Park (which is just 2 miles from Downtown), you will have easy access to all Winston has to offer! I also own Hoots Beer Company, and I will be happy to give you a beer tasting! If you see a concert you want to attend at my place, a free ticket is on me! Side note: NO PARTIES!

My modern and convenient condo located in the heart of Winston-Salem’s shopping district will provide you with a 1 bedroom & bathroom space. The condo is professionally furnished and cleaned to provide a 5 star experience. Basic appliances provided (microwave, kitchen appliances, washer & dryer, dishwasher, Keurig). Very spacious with patio furniture for extra relaxation! You can also enjoy the community pool and gym. This space is NOT shared. Guests have the entire space to themselves.

Historic loft in Downtown Winston Salem's Innovation Quarter. Located above Krankies Coffee near WFB Medical School and Bailey Park.Short walking distance to several restaurants and bars. This space has private entrance and patio. Includes gift card for coffee at Krankies. Note there is a train that passes by a few times a day and at night. We do allow pets but have a fee. Includes deep soaking tub, mini-kitchen and comfy king-size bed. Space is accessed via stairs. Parking included.

Sleepy Bee Cottage, simple charms, near WFU

Feels like the countryside within city limits. This cottage sits on shared property with the owners’ home and overlooks more than an acre of woodland, with a small garden just out front. Beyond the energized deer‑protection fence lies a Duke Energy easement and a wooded ravine, giving the property a quiet, tucked‑away feel. Guests have ample, well‑lit parking, along with access to a fenced dog yard. A small seating area beneath a mature dogwood tree offers a peaceful spot to relax.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil country getaway in the city. Walk the 5 acres and see the pond, dock, cabin, lighthouse, gazebo, watertank, barn, hens, and sheepadoodle. Enjoy your master suite with private porch, vaulted ceilings, triple windows, skylights (see the stars from your bed), huge tile shower, closet, fridge, coffee maker. We are rebuild this charming, gated country home and look forward to sharing it with you. Additional rentals available a mile away.

Welcome to your cozy - little nest. Please keep in mind that this unit is attached to our house (we shared a wall - different entrance). Everything showed in the pictures will be all yours (Master bedroom, Study room - living room Space, and an extraordinary bathroom). When staying at our place, you are: - 5 min walk to WFU Campus. - 5 min drive to Downtown. - 3 min drive to Stadiums and Restaurants. - 10min drive to Wake Forest Baptist Hospital. - Reynolda House museum.

We love our comfy third floor condo with elevator access. Whether you are in town for business or pleasure, this condo fits the bill. Walk to Old Salem, UNCSA, and Salem College. Jog or bike Salem Creek trail, which is at our doorstep. Stroll through Old Salem on your way to downtown’s amazing eateries and breweries. Close by are Wake Forest University, WSSU and downtown Winston-Salem, and hospitals - this condo is central to anywhere in the Winston-Salem area.
