We welcome you to the Sweet Grass Suite, your little sanctuary within a 2 minute walk across the Chewuch River to all the shops, restaurants and activities of downtown Winthrop. With a luxurious king bed and a sofa pullout couch, the guesthouse is best for a couple or close friends. We invite you to lodge with us and use our new guesthouse as your basecamp!

Base Camp 49 is a purpose built micro resort of four two-bedroom nightly rental homes, sleeping up to 6 guests each. Located on the ski trails in the heart of Mazama and the bank of the Methow River. All cabins enjoy covered patios, propane fire pits, and stunning views. Each casita is tastefully furnished with modern décor making the perfect place to relax and build memories. The individual units are named after the nearby mountains: Goat Peak, Sandy Butte, Flagg Mountain and Lucky Jim Bluff.

Lost River 袖珍小屋

The Tiny House may be tiny, but she be fierce! It is packed full, inside and out, with all the things you need for a lovely unplugged stay in the North Cascades. Wake up to birds singing, take your coffee outside on the large wraparound deck and breathe in the fresh mountain air. After a day exploring, come back to enjoy a drink and some sort of treat you may have picked up from the Mazama Store. Please be aware that there is no WiFi! And you may not have cell coverage. Did we mention no WiFi?

410 Bluff Street

410 Bluff Street is the upstairs of a comfortable home overlooking the Chewuch River located three blocks from downtown Winthrop. It is a private and quiet space with large windows providing generous views of the river habitat. With a deck overlooking the river below, this space offers the unique combination of intimacy with nature and the convenience of town living. Alpine Woods features a long driveway set back in the woods for a private feel. The cabin's open floor plan and high ceilings throughout make it feel spacious. The large backyard is great for outdoor games, socializing and relaxing. In winter the plowed, flat roads make for easy driving. Ski-in, ski-out access. Great location, close drive to North Cascade trails, Mazama (3.5 miles), Winthrop (11 miles) and the Methow Valley Community Trail and suspension bridge within walking distance.

Our cabin was build in 2018 with traditional cabin feel done in a modern way. Gourmet kitchen, 3 bd, 2 bath, large open common area, dining room, open loft with TV, and foosball table. AC. Dog friendly with approval but pets do require extra cleaning, we ask for a pet fee of $80 per Dog.

Our barn house is a unique and tranquil getaway, about a mile from town. We live up on the top level second floor and your all inclusive private space has one bed room, lounge area and full bathroom which is on the first floor. This is a working horse property so you will most likely hear farm noises and the sounds of horses outside your window. Enjoy a picnic area with a BBQ and picnic table provided. There is also a semi private sitting area by the willow tree with a fire pit.

Incredible XC ski trails and mountain bike trails, epic hiking, rock climbing and more surround us in the Methow Valley. 5 minutes to Mazama Store; 12 minutes to Winthrop.
