Sitting On The Dock Of The Bay…is our tranquil designer-styled bay house. We believe it is the Central Coast’s best kept secret. At the end of a rain-forested road, our waterfront reserve retreat commands an unbeatable view over Phegan’s Bay, a little known, secluded waterway far from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to dip into the Central Coasts many activities and services. You will wake up to the romantic sound of anchors clinking, birds chirruping, immersed in lifes simple pleasures.

Featuring an outdoor heated spa and views overlooking our freshwater lagoon, you won't regret a weekend here. Relax under the gazebo on our balinese day-bed whilst listening to the native birdlife, enjoy the warmth of our cozy fire-pit area, enjoy a relaxing bike ride or explore the hills with some bushwalking. The options are endless at Laguna Sanctuary.The boathouse cabin is now also available.

Boathouse By The Bay

Relax and unwind in our beautiful, unique space, enjoying the sounds of nature as you indulge in the outdoor shower in the sun. With just a short walk to the waterfront, corner store and bottle shop, you can set up the perfect picnic down by the water or at home. Grab yourself one of Central Coasts best coffee's from Empires D'lite. If you are a bringing a boat along, you can plonk it in at Kendall Road wharf and be set for the day. There is also kids parks, tennis court and bbq area close by.

Indoor/outdoor living made for the family - BBQ, pizza oven, kayaks, library, table tennis, pool table, games. The perfect chill zone.

Between the lagoon and the ocean…. Clever architectural design with full size well equipped kitchen and beautiful private sunny balcony. This is a one bedroom freestanding fully self contained private elevated dwelling amongst the giant bamboo, Bangalow palms and bromeliads with lake glimpses and ocean breezes. If you're looking for somewhere out of the ordinary, in an outstanding location just minutes walk to the beach, and a little more special than the rest, you will not be disappointed.

'The Boathouse' Waterfront Studio, Swansea Heads.

2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM NO CHILDREN NO PETS NO COOKING INSIDE The Guesthouse is located on Salts Bay at Swansea Heads. Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.

True North - 4BR Bilpin Bush Retreat

True North is a large, rustic house in Bilpin (Blue Mountains), famous for its apple picking and ciders. The house has 4 bedrooms for up to 8 guests and surrounded by country gardens, green lawn and plenty of wildlife filled trees. If you love being outside you'll love the large swimming dam and cozy outdoor firepit area! The home features thoughtfully furnished bedrooms, quality linen, aircon, indoor and outdoor fireplace, large fully equipped kitchen, family dining area and a sunroom.

Hawkesbury River Hideout

Located on the Hawkesbury River near Wisemans Ferry we offer a relaxed stay less than 1 hour from the Central Coast and Castle Hill and 10 minutes from Wisemans Ferry. The home has been well considered to ensure the magical river and bushland views are showcased from all areas of the home, inside and out. Enjoy watching the sunset from the comfort of the lounge or from one of the 4 decks. The house has its own jetty and pontoon can easily accommodate boats and is ideal for water skiers.

A stroll from the beach and nestled amongst the trees, our sweet seaside studio is filled with treasures we have collected along the way. The Collectors Studio is a unique, eclectic space designed for couples or solo travellers to have a relaxing few nights away. Its the perfect summer or winter getaway with our old wood burner fireplace and clawfoot bathtub to keep you cosy in the cooler months, and Blue Lagoon Beach only 1 block away to enjoy in the warmer months!
