You’ll love: the neighbourhood; the free parking; the garden; the kitchen (with large fridge freezer); the open fire (smokeless fuel supplied); the broadband wifi and the conservatory (especially in the rain!).

Among the leafy suburbs of south Manchester, Chorlton-cum-Hardy has a reputation as a diverse, liberal community; home to many of Manchester’s creatives. The house is just 300m from the main Manchester Road through central Chorlton, is a short stroll from Beech Road and the Green; with its popular independent traders, bars, coffee shops, cafés, restaurants; there's plenty to amuse you locally, and the bright lights of Manchester city-centre are easily reached by taxi, Metrolink tram, or bus.

Being only a stone’s throw from Manchester city centre, you are able to take full advantage of excellent transport links, nightlife, shopping and events. This spacious 3 bedroom, two bathroom property (1600 sq feet/148.5 meters sq) is on the stylish Downs, right on the edge of the town. It is partly over a small quiet business (which opens 9am to 5.30 pm only) and has three double bedrooms, a large living room with log burner, a good sized kitchen and two bathrooms (including one en-suite) THE PROPERTY ACCOMMODATIONS IS OVER THREE FLOORS AND IS NOT THEREFORE IDEAL FOR THE ELDERLY, OR THOSE WITH MOBILITY ISSUES.
