Situated just 10 miles northwest from historic Oxford, and just a 20 minute walk from Blenheim Palace and a 10 minute drive to the pretty market town of Woodstock, this is the ideal place to stay and explore the Cotswolds and surrounding countryside. Luxurious & private annex in Cotswold village

Situated on the edge of Combe village overlooking the valley, sit back and relax in our calm, stylish space. Or take on some of the magnificent walking and cycling available from the doorstep. You'll be staying in a newly built annex within the grounds of our house. The property has everything we would want when we go away and is a luxury home from home. Surrounded by beautiful Cotswold countryside, within walking distance of Blenheim Palace and an easy train, bus or car ride into Oxford.

Small Cotswold cottage / annex

Self-contained single-storey annex set in its own grounds. Newly decorated with off-road parking; south-facing garden with terrace. Ideal base for exploring the Cotswolds and minutes away from Burford and Jeremy Clarkson's pub, the Farmer’s Dog. Perfectly positioned to visit Bourton-on-the-Water, Stow-on-the-Wold and Bibury. 6 miles from RAF Brize Norton. Using non-toxic household products where possible and putting sustainability at the forefront by using refillable bottles.

The Crofts Studio (Central Location)

The Crofts Studio is very "bijou"...a lovely small but perfectly formed annexe, with its own entrance and off street parking. We have a standard double bed, very comfortable for a solo traveller and cosy for a couple... Our place is complete with en-suite shower room (with washing machine and dryer) and a compact kitchenette area with breakfast bar and stools…. We are very central with close transport links and the A40 is on the doorstep to explore Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds

Charming studio flat on the edge of the Cotswolds

A sunny, self-contained studio flat with its own entrance, outdoor seating and off-road parking situated in a quiet village on the edge of the Cotswolds. There's a Roman villa around the corner and Blenheim Palace down the road with wonderful footpaths through the woods and surrounding countryside. Keen walkers, cyclists, sightseers and visitors who just want to relax, will all find this a perfect base for visiting West Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds. Minimum two night stay.

The Apple Store at Kilkenny

A spacious one bedroom annexe with its own kitchen and shower room. Accessed via its own door (mind your head!) a small entrance hall leads into a kitchen area, a shower room and on into a large south facing bedroom with high ceilings and large windows overlooking the front lawn of the main house. Relax on the comfy sofa or enjoy your meals at the dining table. Fully equipped for short or longer stays. A 20 minute walk across the fields to The Farmer's Dog pub.

Charming Stone Cottage in Witney with Free Parking

Tucked in a quiet mews, this cozy cottage features a wisteria-covered courtyard garden (SW facing). Sleeping 6, it offers 2 double beds and a small 3rd bedroom with a single bed that converts into a double. Enjoy a 65” Sky Glass TV with Sky Sports. Off-street parking for 2 cars. Walking distance to Cogges Farm, High Street, and many pubs, cafes, and shops. Blenheim Palace is 5 miles away, and Estelle Manor is 1 mile away.

Cosy, character cottage in the Cotswolds

The Old Corner Cottage is the perfect cosy hideaway to return to after a day of sightseeing and exploring the wonderful Cotswolds. Being period it has all the lovely features you would expect from a cottage of this age including a lovely inglenook fireplace with woodburning stove and exposed ceiling beams in the sitting room and dining room. When you are in the cottage you could be anywhere as it is so peaceful.
