A Hidden Gem

A character cottage, tucked away, in the heart of gastronomic Bray - renowned for its Michelin-starred restaurants: The Waterside, The Fat Duck, the Hind's Head and Caldesi, all within easy walking distance of the cottage. Lych Cottage is a two-bed semi-detached property, recently completely refurbished. It provides a stylish place to stay for those wishing to enjoy the comforts of home whilst availing themselves of the local amenities. First night's stay includes a continental breakfast.

Spacious country retreat or romantic mini break

A country hideout above our detached oak framed barn. Stylishly furnished in a rustic luxury theme ensuring this little retreat ticks all boxes to make your stay comfortable & cosy! Very spacious and an ideal place to come and relax for a romantic countryside break. Fantastic pub just 50m from the doorstep that serves food most days (please check) but there is a very well equipped kitchen should you like to cook for yourselves. Easy access to Oxfordshire best countryside walks too.

This is a very cosy self contained annex, consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite. There is a kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, but no other cooking facilities. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on some days of the week. Do enquire. NB: There may be some disturbance from building work in the adjoining annex, but this is very intermittent and much of the time there is no noise at all. You may, though, be unlucky!

A Perfect Pad in Pangbourne!

The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - its now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to Paddington.

This charming Cottage is located in the picturesque Village of Englefield Green. Just four miles from Windsor Castle, three miles from Wentworth Golf Course and six miles from Ascot Race Course. Heathrow Airport if just six miles away. 300 metres further down the lane is The Royal Air Force Memorial and below that, on National Trust grounds that skirts the River Thames is the Magna Carta Memorial. The Royal Holloway University is a ten minute stroll across the Village.

The Barn at The Grove

The Barn is a self-contained recently converted space in the heart of the Chilterns. It is close to the riverside towns of Henley-on-Thames and Marlow and the surrounding Chiltern countryside. It is located on the edge of the village of Frieth with nearby farm shops and local gastro-pubs within a 5 min drive. The Barn is in a private and peaceful location with off-street parking. It is perfect for couples, solo travellers and small families.

A recently refurbished self contained one double bedroom ensuite annexe, attached to main house with its own private entrance, generous hallway (enough for 2 bikes) and parking space. Tea/coffee and continental breakfast provided. Situated in a quite residential cul-de sac, only a ten minute walk from Wokingham Town Centre, with its wide range of eateries, shops and pubs. Wokingham Train station - 5 min taxi/20 min walk

We have created a purpose-built studio adjacent to our new home to welcome 1 or 2 guests. We've created a fresh, welcoming and relaxing space with all the facilities you'd wish for in an accomodation: including kitchen with oven/grill/microwave, hob, fridge/freezer washing machine; bathroom with double shower; super-fast WiFi, 4k TV and Bluetooth speaker, and patio with shared garden space.
