With amazing views of the sunset this Port Bay cottage has it all. A permanent dock to enjoy days on the water. The dock area has tons of room to relax and kick back by the water and tie up your boat. House is equipped with an upper and lower living room to enjoy the view from every direction. Full kitchen equipped with all of the necessary appliances and equipment. Upper level also has a bedroom with a queen bed and a fully renovated full bath. Lower level has a bedroom with queen bed and bunkbeds, living room, and full bath with laundry. This home is nestled in quaint Port Bay with panoramic water views. Sofa-sleeper in Sunroom! Relax in this tranquil setting directly on Port Bay! Only a short boat ride to Lake Ontario! Enjoy boating (bring your own boat!) fishing, sitting by the Firepit, lounging in a hammock, or relaxing in the hot tub! We provide kayaks in which you can explore The Bay! On a rainy day, come inside & choose a board game or puzzle to enjoy! We are only 10 minutes from town with a local grocery store & restaurants. Chimney Bluffs & Fairhaven Beach are within a 20 minute drive.

Our family welcomes you to our cozy loft located above our unused garage. Private entrance, place to yourselves, queen size bed with pull out couch that can sleep 2, Roku TV, extra linens, standup shower, heater and air conditioning and book nook. Note there is no stove, just a air fryer and griddle No pets allowed Minutes from Fair Haven and Chimney Bluffs. Gas stations and Dollar General in town Eats- Fullers Ice Cream shop, 104 Store Note- the garage is a metal roof, bad cell reception
