Just over 2 hours away from Toronto, but the scenic Hwy 28 makes the time fly by. We just LOVE our place and are certain that you will too!

Water dam and river across the road create relaxing waterfall sounds that are heard from deck or enjoy it close up from the private shoreline deck and dock. Explore the Muskoka River on the kayak, SUP or river tubes.

The cottage is centrally located on Chandos Lake, just 2.5 hours from Toronto and 15 minutes away from the quaint town of Apsley. In the winter, spend a cosy day indoors or enjoy time outdoors. Two cross country ski/snowshoe locales—Kawartha Nordic Ski Club and Silent Lake Provincial Park—are within a half-hour drive.

Our beautiful cottage is situated right at the waters edge. The water is both child friendly being able to walk at the shore line or great for dive in off of the end of the dock.
