If you are looking for a room with a view then look no further. Kims Place is in an ideal location, with a NE aspect providing amazing beach, ocean and escarpment views. Ideally suited for couples. It is on the ground floor of our architect designed home. Guests have their own entrance. Kims Place does not provide breakfast but local cafes are within easy walking distance. There is no cooktop or oven in the kitchenette. Guests are encouraged to dine out or use the BBQ on the balcony

Positioned in the beautiful South Coast, 10 mins from Kiama and only 100m from the beautiful Minnamurra River and Mystics beach where you can swim,kayak,canoe,paddle board or relax on the waters edge. Less than 10 mins walk to the magnificent Kiama Golf Club, cafe, IGA, shops or the start to the cycling/walking track that extends to Gerringong. A convenient 3 min walk to the train station makes it ideal for people that have no transport.

Coastal Spice is a comfortable & clean 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom DOG FRIENDLY beach cottage ONLY a 4 minute walk from the magic white sands of Callala Beach. Backing onto bushland, you can enjoy the native birds and kangaroos. 7 guests (ideally no more than 4 adults and 3 children or 6 adults) can be accommodated. There is a games room with table tennis, bikes, boogie boards and double sea kayak. What are you waiting for, come and enjoy a great holiday in magnificent Jervis Bay!

Little House on the Werri

A modern fully self contained studio apartment on the N.S.W South Coast. The studio is situated in the front garden of the main house.The courtyard is set in between and overlooked by both buildings. Its private but not COMPLETELY private. The studio is detached and therefore has it's own entry and is also quite private. Directly opposite Werri Lagoon & 200 mtrs to the sands of Werri Beach. Included in tariff is tea coffee and breakfast snacks, courtyard, & BBQ.

Sauna Haus with Scandinavian design

The Sauna Haus, completed in October 2021, is situated on a 1 acre property, shared with our residential home. It is perfect for couples and small families wanting to retreat from the world whilst being a short 5 min. drive/15 min. walk to Bowral and surrounding attractions including vineyards, boutiques, cafe's and golf clubs. Please include in your booking that you are bring a furry friend. See further notes below.
