The property is minutes' walk from the beach, bike track and cafes. The railway station, restaurants, pub and brewery are only a 10 to 15 minutes stroll away. Indoor/outdoor living - air-con and heating - 3 bedrooms (plus sofabed) and 2 new bathrooms - kitchen/dining/lounge and separate TV lounge. A couple live in the separate granny flat and can help if required. A wonderful escape, 75 minutes from Sydney CBD. Ideal for couples, families, or small groups.

Kim's Place - private beach/ocean view apartment

If you are looking for a room with a view then look no further. Kims Place is in an ideal location, with a NE aspect providing amazing beach, ocean and escarpment views. Ideally suited for couples. It is on the ground floor of our architect designed home. Guests have their own entrance. Kims Place does not provide breakfast but local cafes are within easy walking distance. There is no cooktop or oven in the kitchenette. Guests are encouraged to dine out or use the BBQ on the balcony

A spacious self-contained retreat with private entrance situated right next to the rainforest. The relaxing interior includes a wood fire, air conditioning and a modern kitchen with all appliances. The marble bathroom is stunning. Outside is a wonderful area for dining day or night with a gas BBQ. Privacy screens separate you from the main house. Enjoy sounds of the rainforest, including lyrebirds, while enjoying coffee and breakfast on the private balcony.

Welcome to Little Silvergums! She is positioned on a beautiful farm estate tucked into a secluded corner adjacent to the iconic Australian bush. It has a stunning view of the Aussie bushlands, views of horses, alpacas, dams and abundant wildlife including native birds. It also has it's own outdoor deck, to enjoy a warm bath whilst listening to the birds in the trees, a fire pit with lots of fire wood, a bbq area and hot water and a eco toilet system .

Rustic open plan space for up to 5 guests. On the main road & 10 minute walk to beautiful, patrolled, Scarborough Wombarra beach. A converted shopfront w/loft bedrooms. Only basic cooking facilities (toaster, kettle & electric wok). No outdoor area but great nature & picnic spots nearby. Not suitable for smokers, neighbour has an allergy. The main road can be noisy at times.
