**GREAT LOCATION FOR TRAVEL NURSES** We want to introduce you to the beautiful Julia-Ann Square Historic District. We renovated this beautiful 1920's home and part of the renovation was the apartments. It's a welcoming cozy apartment, that is nestled in the middle of downtown. Here you can have everything at your doorstep and "almost heaven" views. We fell in love with this property because it is canopied beneath big old shade trees and sits on "one of the prettiest streets in Parkersburg".

Separate dining area with table and counter height bar with chairs Fully stocked kitchen with all of the basic amenities needed to make a meal. Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven and dishwasher. Bathroom is stocked with all linens.

Guests are welcome to use outside kitchen which has full fridge, gas, charcoal & flat top grill. There is also tables and outside shower on 15x40’ deck. The fire pit is great on those chilly mountain evenings. 10-20 mins. to historical Belpre, Marietta OH & Parkersburg WVA. Note: There is cell service in cabin but NO wifi. TV is antenna only.

Have a nice warm cup of apple cider by the bonfire overlooking the mountains. Bring your atv and enjoy adventure riding in the back country of Wirt county. After a long day, cuddle up on the couch and watch a move in front of the fireplace. 4wd required a steep driveway.

In a 5-minute drive, you can get to Lookout Point, where you can have an amazing panoramic view of Marietta, Lookout Park has a basketball and tennis court, and also a playground for kids. All bedrooms are with queen-sized beds.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place.bus lines run one block over. service stations are few blocks down, shopping located either you go. hospital 5 minutes away. City Park 5 minutes away. no pets emotional or ada. I'm allergic to pets and I have to clean. sorry for inconvenience.

Completely remodeled C&O train caboose with a large deck and an amazing view looking over the Ohio river and West Virginia. A full size Murphy bed, original writing desk, the dining table is an old sleeper bed turned upside down and all the lights are original out of Pullman train cars No smoking inside the caboose. Thanks
