A paradise for nature lovers in the middle of the Tourism hot spots of Daylesford, Kyneton and Castlemaine. Completely renovated as well as brand new furniture in September 2019 this Cottage has a light and airy feel particularly suited to its surroundings. Set on 30 acres of partly cleared, part bush and looking down to a large ornamental lake through many mature trees abundant with wild life. We offer pet friendly accommodation along with a plant based welcome pack. Fire available 1/5 to 30/9

House of Mud and Straw

House of Mud & Straw sits solidly & silently on open paddocks shared with cows & the sweeping weather. Kick back, cook, play tunes, do puzzles, drink wine, snooze & be merry in this comfy, stylistic, earthy farmstead. Feather & linen beds, pianola parlour, loft chill out space, vintage sitting room, cosy nooks & curated creature comforts. A 2 min walk to the historic Pig and Whistle pub. Blackwood "Treetops"

An almost entirely open plan house with a vast master bedroom upstairs and a bunk room downstairs, the house sleeps up to six, with a modern kitchen, wood fire, outside deck and large garden, set close by the Wombat State Forest. Suitable for children over five. Pet friendly. Blackwood 'Treetops' is also work friendly as the house has a large desk with landline and internet access. Due to the coronavirus, we are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations.

Escape and relax in this cozy forest cottage nestled amongst the gumtrees. This is the prefect location for bushwalks, mountain biking, winery visits or the other wonderful attractions this area has to offer. This cottage suits singles or couples (infant). This private cottage has all the modern amenities you need. Outside you can find a bath tub , BBQ, and seating. Inside there is a woodfire (provided w/ wood), queen bed, TV, fully equipped kitchen incl. coffee machine. Bathroom w/ shower.

Cosy Bungalow in Woodend town

Only 700m from the Woodend main street you can leave the car behind to enjoy the delights of this tourist hotspot on foot or take the car to explore Hanging Rock, Mt Macedon, Daylesford and Macedon Ranges. Beautiful walks directly opposite and your own private bungalow to return to. Our cosy Bungalow is perfect for couples or a single person and we are usually ok with 1 visiting pet (if cat and dog friendly) We have a Border Collie and 2 cats so let us know if we need to keep them contained.

Cedar Rise Farm - "The Barn House"

Come and stay at the Barn House! a charming, converted farm building with a rustic feel plus all the mod cons. Enter through antique doors to kitchen/dining and lounge with open fire place. Large king sized bedroom with luxurious stone ensuite. Upstairs, the twin room is a converted loft with ensuite bathroom with sweeping views. Decorated with industrial and natural curios. Full galley kitchen with island bench. Watch our large plasma TV/DVD. Check in 3pm or by arrangement. Check out 11am.

Charmingly eccentric, very comfortable and spacious two-bedroom shack set in an elegant sweep of hedged garden shaded by a giant pin-oak tree. Lounge in summer shade or snuggle by the fire in winter. All the quiet and privacy of a country cottage only two minutes' stroll to the V-Line railway station, five minutes more to the cafes, pubs, regular markets and shops of Woodend village and a network of gorgeous nature walks.

Escape to the Ranges @ the Winter Lodge

Enjoy the comforts of a Country Style Lodge in the heart of the Macedon Ranges. The Architect designed and Master Built passive solar home is set in a large and secluded garden amongst local black gums and natives of the area, it makes the perfect getaway. A 2 ½ block walk has you in the centre of town where you can find restaurants, cafes, and local boutiques.

Casa Rosita

Casa Rosita is close to great views, restaurants and dining, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love the outdoors space away from traffic noise, yet handy to 3 towns in the area. The nursery directly opposite has a café with good coffee and cakes. There's plenty of wood for the open fire and the hydronic system, which heats the whole place during winter.
