Nestled amongst the trees, adjacent to the Wombat State Forest, "Le Shed" is unique & relaxing, perfect for singles or a couple. Ideally located just a short walk into the tiny town of Blackwood offering the country style hotel, with great pub grub, and the PO offers good coffee & light lunches in the garden. Local attractions include B'wood Ridge Nursery offering amazing food & wine, & Garden of St Erth a short bush walk away. Trentham,10 mins away, Daylesford/Kyneton 25 mins. Pet Friendly

Blackwood "Treetops"

An almost entirely open plan house with a vast master bedroom upstairs and a bunk room downstairs, the house sleeps up to six, with a modern kitchen, wood fire, outside deck and large garden, set close by the Wombat State Forest. Suitable for children over five. Pet friendly. Blackwood 'Treetops' is also work friendly as the house has a large desk with landline and internet access. Due to the coronavirus, we are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations.

Duck Tree Lodge - Bush Retreat, Macedon Ranges

Comfortable and welcoming country lodge set on 4 acres of beautiful native bushland and landscaped gardens. Located just 2km's from Woodend in cool country Macedon Ranges. Escape and relax in this cozy forest cottage nestled amongst the gumtrees. This is the prefect location for bushwalks, mountain biking, winery visits or the other wonderful attractions this area has to offer. This cottage suits singles or couples (infant). This private cottage has all the modern amenities you need. Outside you can find a bath tub , BBQ, and seating. Inside there is a woodfire (provided w/ wood), queen bed, TV, fully equipped kitchen incl. coffee machine. Bathroom w/ shower.

Cosy Bungalow in Woodend town

Only 700m from the Woodend main street you can leave the car behind to enjoy the delights of this tourist hotspot on foot or take the car to explore Hanging Rock, Mt Macedon, Daylesford and Macedon Ranges. Beautiful walks directly opposite and your own private bungalow to return to. Our cosy Bungalow is perfect for couples or a single person and we are usually ok with 1 visiting pet (if cat and dog friendly) We have a Border Collie and 2 cats so let us know if we need to keep them contained.

Guguburra Cabin

Our atmospheric cabin sits amongst the gum trees, surrounded by birdsong. Named after the Gububurras (Kookaburras) that share the property with us, it's only ten minutes walk to the Mount Macedon village for coffee or a short drive to find wineries, village markets and forest walking trails. Alternatively in the cooler months you can curl up by the fire and read or enjoy the view from the terrace by the fire pit. The calming effect of Guruburra on our guests is almost immediately

My cabin is close to great views, restaurants, and family-friendly activities. It is self contained and sixty metres from main house, set on 3 acres where complete privacy is assured. Suitable for couples, solo adventurers, and is pet friendly. Situated in a small hamlet, the views are out to the Ranges and Hanging Rock. Roosters crow in the mornings, and sheep graze just over the fence. Oil heater and electric blankets keep things snug and cozy through winter.
