Relax in our cozy studio filled with local art

Come and relax in our cozy studio perfect for a couple. Your space is private and filled with all the ammenities you could ask for. There is a small kitchenette that is fully equipped, a living room to enjoy complimentary beverages and freshly baked cookies. The bedroom has quality sheets, darkening shades and a sound machine to help you sleep. Outside you have your own private entrance and patio for enjoying a morning of bird watching. We do live up on a hill but there is room to turn around.

A newly built, first floor unit equipped with all the modern conveniences to make your stay comfortable. A queen bed in the bedroom, and sofa bed in the living room. Fast WiFi, plenty of privacy, a small creek to sit by, and very close to everything you need - 10 mins to downtown Asheville, 5 mins to quaint Weaverville, Beaver lake - bird sanctuary, and great restaurants. The Blue Ridge Parkway is minutes away, leading you to hiking trails, waterfalls & vistas for gorgeous sunrises and sunsets.

Asheville Area Apartment - Alice's Dream

‘My Dream’ is a romantic one bedroom, one bath walkout apartment, with full kitchen and comfortable sleeper sofa with lots of pillows to snuggle. The style is eclectic and artsy, a little old and a little new, just like Asheville. But it's all good! Hopefully, it all comes together to please your senses. Charming couple's getaway in a beautiful historic Asheville neighborhood conveniently located near downtown shops and eateries. The apartment features a tiled bathroom with restored claw foot tub and a large back deck with wooded view just outside the bedroom door. Central air conditioning/heating system is dedicated solely to this apartment- you control preferred temperature. *Please note this apartment is not suitable for guests who plan to keep late night hours and party in the apartment.

The Studio at 217

The Studio at 217 is tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac in as-yet-to-be-discovered East Asheville. This cozy, light filled space is attached to a corner of our handmade log home, with it's own private entrance and designated parking. Our property abuts Blue Ridge Parkway land, so it's a short hike on a clear trail through the woods to the Mountains-to-Sea Trail or the Parkway. The Studio is 15 mins from the Biltmore, just 12 mins from downtown, and one mile from a local grocery store.

Serenity Now!

The space is a warm and cozy modern apartment with an access deck overlooking a serene wooded area frequented by bears, groundhogs, foxes, turkeys, and who knows what other wildlings. We are fewer than five minutes from just about everything including Biltmore Village and downtown Asheville. Inside you find a beautiful and inviting queen bed, spacious bathroom, and plenty of natural light. There is a long descending pathway with stone steps--please see the pictures in our profile.

Located just ten minutes from downtown Asheville, the River Arts district and 20 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, and Biltmore Estate entrance. We offer a nice one bedroom full apartment ( full size kitchen, full bath, bedroom and living room) with a pullout queen sofa bed. We live in a quite neighborhood. The apartment is part of a duplex. We offer free WiFi and TV with Hulu Live, Netflix, and Amazon Prime. Our listing is a good place for hikers to set out from!
