Just Beyond Utopia

Just Beyond Utopia is a charming cottage located on a 12 acre wooded estate just three miles from the heart of downtown Asheville. The estate has gardens, forests, and a Swiss Family Robinson style tree-houses with a fire pit to relax and socialize with friends and family. The cottage has a queen bed, bathroom with a shower, full kitchen, and a ladder to climb to a cozy loft, perfect for younger family members with 2 twin beds. It is truly the perfect location for families or romantic getaways!

Relax and unwind in this calm & stylish space, tucked away in charming Woodfin, NC just minutes from downtown Asheville. Enjoy unique shops & dinning, music & festivals, open markets, and outstanding breweries! With all there is to offer you're sure to be pleasantly surprised by this lovely city and the surrounding beauty of the mountains. For the outdoorsy type this conveniently located spot is a quick drive up to the Blue Ridge Parkway along with many mountain biking and hiking trails.

Modern Cabin Retreat w/ Sauna

This space was designed with love and care and the hope that all who stay here feel relaxed and connected to nature. We recently added a cedar barrel sauna that heats up quickly and is user friendly. Often we don’t see guests but I’m always available for questions and recommendations. We live "next door" on the same property with our two young sons. The cabin is located in a neighborhood, so while it hopefully feels removed from any hustle and bustle, there is access to many conveniences.

Vintage Norwood Carriage House

Vintage Norwood is a 1930's intimate small carriage house located in the heart of North Asheville in historic Norwood Park. It's just a 5 minute drive to downtown, 10 minutes to Biltmore and a 3 minute drive to the Grove Park Inn. We are located in a walk-able neighborhood with beautiful homes and gardens. The upstairs apartment features one bedroom, one bath, an eat-in kitchen & small living room. It’s across the courtyard from our home & features glorious wood craftsmanship throughout.

This studio is in the privacy of a fenced in area with private entrance. Parking available. Enjoy Michelle's vegetable garden and flowers and stone patio.

The cottage is a separate unit with a private entrance. 400 square feet with a bathroom, kitchenette, heart of pine antique floors. We are two miles from the Grove Park Inn and four miles from the Biltmore house. The space is appropriate for two adults or one adult and one child.

Private North Asheville Bungalow No Cleaning fees

Private, quiet, modern bungalow. Newly updated with designer finishes in North Asheville. Can accommodate 1 additional guests if needed on couch. Private entrance and parking. Located between UNCA and Merrimon Ave. Bike or Uber to downtown. Walk to restaurants, bars and coffee shops. We CANNOT accept ANY type of ANIMALS due to family member having MEDICAL DOCUMENTATION. This is a “NONSMOKING” resident. NO smoking, vaping, drugs or incense burning.

The Blue Door ~guest house

The Blue Door is our backyard guesthouse located in an urban neighborhood just north of Asheville and is well situated for the area. We invite well behaved dogs who have been treated for fleas and have a lovely space for being outside. The house is rather private. It also comes complete with full kitchen, whirlpool tub, and a super comfy queen sized latex mattress. Our guest house is perfect for an Asheville weekend getaway.

Our guesthouse is a newly renovated cottage located in downtown Weaverville, 10 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, 12 min from downtown Asheville. The guest space is a perfect a couples getaway or a personal retreat. The cottage has lots of light, vaulted ceilings, making it feel very spacious and cozy all at the same time!
