Our home and farm is very secluded and overlooks the KY River situated on the top of the Palisades. Minutes from Lexington, Keeneland, Shaker Village, Bluegrass Airport and the Bourbon Trail 5 bedrooms, vaulted ceilings, a 3000 SF home with screened porch and a hot tub. We have a good layout for wheelchairs and a portable wheelchair ramp if needed. Fire Pit, hot tub and hiking trails available. We use solar power for our energy needs! Our pond has no fish but we can direct u to a place to fish!

Located in horse country, between historic Winstar Farm and Lane's End Farm, just a short drive to small town USA, Versailles; historic Midway; and to the nearby City of Lexington, home of the Kentucky Wildcats, Horse Capital of the World, Bourbon Country & so much more. Pets allowed (2 max), well behaved, pet fee applies.

Willow Springs 2br/1ba- Sleeps 8 33 acres w/trails

Built in 2023, this barndominium sits at the end of a private drive surrounded by woods and horse farms. 2 bedrooms (queen and full w/twin trundle), a queen pull-out sofa and full futon comfortably sleep 8. Located only 4 miles from Bluegrass Parkway, there is quick access to local dining, the Bourbon Trail and Rail Explorers. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a laundry room, full kitchen / dining area, patio with grill, and a nature trail through the forest. The reviews tell it better than I do!

We are located 1 mile from the BG Parkway giving you easy access to all the FUN Kentucky has to offer. LOCATION: Within 10 miles of Four Roses, Wild Turkey, and LBC . Within 25 miles of Buffalo Trace, Keeneland Race Track, Lexington Airport, UK Hospital, Shaker Village, Woodford Reserve, and Rupp Arena. Bring your horses or ride one of ours! Stall and pasture rental available.

The Bourbon Sanctuary

NEWLY remodeled home on the Bourbon Trail! This home has 2 bedrooms & 2 baths with a king size bed in one room and a queen in the other. Close proximity to several distilleries and local wineries here in the bluegrass state! You will find a peaceful atmosphere along with some horse farms on your drive to the distilleries. This home is within a mile of Castle & Key distillery and Woodford Reserve! The sunsets are beautiful and you will most likely see wildlife right outside the back door!

Midway Meadows Downtown on the Park

Best of Both! Very short walk to the eclectic downtown Midway and all its restaurants and specialty shops or walk out the back door and take your very own walking path to the Walter Bradley Park (see photos for Park and park map) which lead to several walking trails meandering along Lees Branch Creek. Relax on the large screened-in porch in the evening or make a fire in the great room. You will be pleasantly surprised when you step into this 1880’s restored railroad homestead.
