In addition to the self-contained property you will also have exclusive use of our private heated swimming pool within our well kept gardens and grounds. Come and explore all Lincolnshire has to offer or relax and use the spa like facilities. This listing can include an additional bedroom with double bunks and a pullout trundle (sleep 5 more!). The entire block can accommodate 16+!

Elms House Cottage

Rowston is a small farming village , south of the historic city of Lincoln. Sleaford, Newark and Grantham are all easily within half hour by car. You’ll love my place because it's a very old cottage, recently re-equipped (including dishwasher). It is near, but separate from, my own house, with it's own garden. The cottage is good for couples, solos, business travellers, and small families. We can also accommodate French speakers. A 10% discount and free weekly servicing for 7+ day stays.
