The West Wing

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and own living/dining, as well as its own bathroom and laundry facilities. Linen including beach towels, is supplied. There is a stunning swimming pool and guest have use of a barbecue and outdoor wok. The apartment is part of our family home (we live in the main residence), but is completely self contained with access through your own lock up garage or via a sliding door into the living room. Only 5 minute drive to Perth's best beaches.

Suite No:1 - Perth Holiday Cottage

Best suited for short term stays. Suite 1 is part of our house. It has its own entrance, and consists of a bedroom, a small bathroom, kitchenette (kettle, toaster, bar fridge, microwave - not suitable for cooking full meals), and sitting area on front verandah. 20 mins bus ride to the centre of Perth. Walking distance to cafés, restaurants, shopping centre, and lake. NB: - NO SMOKING on the premises. Those requesting to book must comply with this. Also check Suite No2 by same host.

Bright studio, close to beaches, 15 mins to city.

This self contained, modern studio has a private entry, well equipped kitchenette, aircon, TV, washer, dryer and shared use of the maintained pool. The stylish decor makes for a comfortable, easy stay, close to the iconic Scarborough and Trigg beaches, a great variety of restaurants and activities. It is a pleasant walk to the coast, Karrinyup Shopping Centre and St Mary's School and a short drive to the city. The studio is suitable for individual, couples and business travellers.

Our place is the fully self-contained lower floor of our two-story house; it has its own private entrance and private alfresco area, completely self-contained and all yours. Everything is new, clean and very comfortable, and all the basic amenities are provided. Outdoor shower, misters, day bed, egg chair and outdoor dining. Comfy lounge, with 77" OLED TV, well-equipped kitchen, air-conditioned. Queen bedroom, stylish bathroom. Laundry nook. Parking bay right out front.

A spotlessly clean, private & self contained Garden Studio, with pergola & private access. Minutes from the Karrinyup Shopping centre cinema’s, bars and eateries, Scarborough and Trigg beaches 3 min by car, easy walking distance to great cafes and bars. Our Studio has reverse cycle air con, kitchenette, outdoor cooking, free NETFLIX, and wifi. Centrally situated between the beach and city on the bus route to the train station. We have a friendly dog as well.

Air mattress for additional guest beyond initial 2. Bus into CBD on your door step or 10 mins drive to CBD. Beach less than 10 minutes away by car and parks, restaurants, shopping centre and more within walking distance.

Separate Granny Flat with private entry. Queen size bed , newly renovated modern bathroom, and floors. TV with Netflix, free unlimited Wifi, kitchenette incl hot plates , coffee pod machine and parking. Access to BBQ and outdoor area. Reverse cycle air conditioner and heating. Handrail for 2 step entry.

One bedroom self-contained apartment

Adults only - our one bedroom apartment provides all amenities and is about 5km from Perth CBD. There's easy access to the freeway. Subiaco or Leederville shopping and restaurants are a mere 5 minutes away. It's a small hop, skip 'n jump to Cottesloe or City Beach.
