Escape to a beautiful ranch home in the Catskill Mountains, offering a spacious and open 2000 sqft layout with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 7-8 guests. The property is surrounded by 90 acres of land with trails for hiking and biking, two ponds with freshwater fish, and stunning mountain views. The house is bright and airy with large windows that frame the beautiful scenery. It features a mix of rustic and modern decor and amenities, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The Waterfall Casita: A-frame with 30ft Waterfall

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

Modern A-Frame Cabin- Hot Tub, Firepit, Games Room

Escape just 2 hrs from NYC to our dreamy mountain facing A-Frame cabin in the Catskills foothills. Close by you can Hike some of the most beautiful trails, Swim Waterholes, chase or even climb waterfalls, and explore charming towns, farms & breweries/wineries by day. By night, grill on the overhanging deck, stargaze by the firepit, watch a movie in the cozy cinema/game room or soak in the hot tub under the stars. Outlier Inn Tiny House 1 on Farm Upstate Catskills

Tiny House 1 is a year-round rustic cabin made from locally hewn rough cut lumber. It has a sleeping loft with a queen size bed and a single day bed, accommodating up to 3 guests. There is a full kitchen and bathroom as well as a deck with an outdoor dining table. There is central heat for the winter, window A/C units for the summer and a smart TV. Tiny House 1 guests can also enjoy a private picnic table, firepit and charcoal grill.
