Sit on the front porch watching people go by and gaze at the old Dutch church. This unit is in a townhouse built in the 1890s with vintage details including ornamental ceilings, a bay window and decorative fireplaces alongside contemporary artwork. Entire 900sqf 1st floor unit. Includes 1 bedroom(Queen), private kitchen/dinning room, living room and a bathroom. The townhouse is restored with beautiful, vintage details but also with all the comforts of modern living like high speed Wifi, digital thermostats and entry to the home via smart lock. *additional one time fee of $25 to set up air mattress for 2 guests. All guests are welcome to use all facilities on our property; including our backyard. The apartment is in the heart of historic uptown Kingston. It’s within walking distance of many of the sights of the uptown Stockade district of New York’s first capital. Explore the weekend farmers’ market, restaurants, museums, and music venues. The Bau Guesthouse is easily accessible by bus or by car. It is 7min walk from the Kingston Trailways bus stop and 5min drive from I-87 throughway exit 19. Parking on our street is metered Monday - Saturday 9am to 5pm. Also free street parking is available just around corner from us.

Lovely Centennial Cottage Apartment

The Centennial Cottage Est. 1840 is one of the oldest boarding homes located in the historic hamlet of Palenville, where travelers would stay on their way up to the Mountain House(now North & South Lake). The newly renovated apt is located on the first floor of this charming three unit building located at the base of the Kaaterskill Clove. Its where neighbors still sit on their front porch to visit & take nightly walks to see the glorious views of the mountains, with a short walk to the creek.

A charming one 1 BR apartment attached to our home with a private deck. Entrance to deck and apt. is up eight stairs. Located in a quiet country setting 5 min. from the center of Woodstock and 15 min. from Kingston. This lovely apt. includes central A/C, WiFi, Roku, refrig., outdoor gas grill, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, sink, counter top electric burners, no oven. The bedroom has queen size bed. LR has a day bed for added sleeping space. Come spend time in a tranquil setting.

This private apartment, with its own entrance, is attached to one end of our house. The apt door and our front door are separated by a long patio. Please be advised: We do not give discounts or refunds for issues related to inclement weather. If there are issues with your reservation, or last minute cancellations, that will be reviewed on a case by case basis with Airbnb. While we love kids and pets, we cannot accommodate them here. Shack in the Heart of Rosendale

This unique, centrally located 500 sq ft ground-floor, 1.5 story apartment is in an ideal location to explore Rosendale and the surrounding areas. Located in a 1890s Brownstone, the Shack is a comfortable refurbished studio with hand hewn beams, brick walls and a wood burning stove. Sleep in a queen Murphy bed (pulls down) and prepare food in the kitchenette. Keep in mind nobody above you and the town shuts down at 10 PM so you have a decent amount of peace and quiet.

This two-story apartment is part of the Colonel Abraham Hasbrouck House, a registered landmark built in 1735 in Kingston's walkable Stockade District. Tall colonial Dutch windows light the hand-restored wide-board floors in the living room, and the renovated kitchen and dining nook look out on the backyard through a split Dutch door. Upstairs are two queen bedrooms and a modern bath with a heated towel rack. Dual-zone climate control and keyless entry.

Our largest option, the Mountain View Suite incorporates high ceilings, and mountaintop views from a raised dining area to provide a large and light oasis. Located on the second floor, the suite features custom antique accents and original artwork that evoke a sense of adventure. The room includes a large bath with clawfoot tub and shower, kitchenette, and sleeper sofa. Custom queen mattress (featured at the Four Seasons NYC), organic cotton sheets.

Come enjoy our beautiful, comfortable vacation home in a historic building (c 1900) in amazing downtown Saugerties, New York. The spacious and bright studio apartment is located on Main Street literally seconds from fantastic shops, restaurants and galleries. In the summer months enjoy a private patio and shared garden. Double bed is great for a couple and the daybed in the living room is set up to make a comfy kids bed.
