All guests are welcome to use all facilities on our property; including our backyard. The property is centrally located in the heart of historical uptown Kingston. Explore the weekend farmers market just steps from the front porch, as well as local cafes, restaurants, museums, and music venues. The Bau Guesthouse is easily accessible. It is 7min walk from the Kingston Trailways bus stop and 5min drive from I-87 throughway exit 19. Parking on our street is metered Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm. Also free street parking is available just around corner from us.

There is a well lit handicap accessible private entrance, and sliding glass doors to a bluestone patio. The bathroom features a wheelchair accessible shower, and a soaking tub. You will be walking distance from the town , with a fine selection of eateries and shops . Nature abounds, with close access to trails.

Furnished with mid-century and 18th century period furniture and art work, yet with all the modern conveniences. Uber and Lift an easy five minutes away. The ancient forest contains many Stone Age rock shelters and calendar sites.

This private apartment, with its own entrance, is attached to one end of our house. The apt door and our front door are separated by a long patio. Please be advised: We do not give discounts or refunds for issues related to inclement weather. If there are issues with your reservation, or last minute cancellations, that will be reviewed on a case by case basis with Airbnb. While we love kids and pets, we cannot accommodate them here. Explore all the activities the Hudson Valley has to offer and then relax in a room full of windows overlooking the Hudson River. Make a meal in the full kitchen or hang out by the beach, build a fire, play lawn games, read a book or float in the river. For you early risers, the sunrises are spectacular. This 1860 river house is 1/2 mile from the charming Village of Coxsackie NY and a central location to many great destinations such as Hudson, Woodstock, Athens, and Catskill.

The home has lots of character on a sustainable farm adjacent to the Mohonk Preserve & 7 miles to Minnewaska State Park.
