SEASHELLS BEACH HOUSE - Absolute Beach Front!

Sawtell Beach Hideaway

Set in behind the sand dunes of Sawtell's main beach and 5 min walk to the main street. This unique house has a private entry to the beach from the back courtyard . The ground floor has 2 x bedrooms , 1 x bathroom , kitchen, lounge/dining room and laundry. Level 1 has 1 x bedroom , 1 x bathroom, large open room with a fold out queen sofa bed and access to the patio. The courtyard has an outdoor shower, BBQ and out door dining setting. On site parking is available with free street parking also.

Pelican Cottage

Come to our slice of paradise and take some time out in the modern, single level Cottage built in late 2020, on 4.5 acres overlooking river flats and a fresh water lake. Quiet and open with easy accessibility throughout. The living area opens onto a large undercover deck with river, lake and grassed flats to look at and enjoy. Modern fully equipped kitchen. 2 bedrooms with luxury queen sized beds and linen supplied. There is a sofa bed in the lounge room, Smart TV, Netflix/Stan and free WiFi.

SALT & SEA PARK BEACH

Townhouse in Park Beach Coffs Harbour. Located 100m to one of Coffs coast most popular surfing beaches and across the road from pubs and resturants. This brand new double story townhouse has a single lock up garage with extra parking available next to the building. The kitchen has all appliances, cookware and full fridge. There is a private fenced grass courtyard that has a bbq and outdoor undercover seating area. The popular Big Banana, Jetty and park beach plaza is only 5 minute drive.

My place is close to great restaurants and dining, the patrolled beach, great coffee, boutique shopping, RSL, Bowling and Golf clubs plus the local cinema. You’ll love my place because it is only 10 mins or 700 metres easy walk to all of the above in the beautiful township of Sawtell. The homes outside space has ample parking for cars and boat. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
