Come and relax with a coffee by the fireplace on the frosty winter days or the outside firepit during warm summer nights. Ideal setting for family get togethers and nature enthusiasts. Plenty of space for everyone in this 2,800 sq. ft. home, with lots of quiet sitting areas, both inside & outside. Sorry we have a "no pet policy". HST is being charged BN70981 5336T

Built in 1867, our attached carriage house has been renovated into a studio apartment. It has a private bath, complete kitchen, sitting area, in-floor heat, coffee and tea. We are located 7 kms south of Elora, 10 kms west of Fergus and 15 kms north of Guelph in the hamlet of Ponsonby. The apartment has a king size bed and a smart TV. No Pets or Smoking. Longer term rentals are available at discounted prices. We have honey bees, chickens, pigeons and a dog named Penny on the property.
