The house three bedrooms, operational fireplace renovated full kitchen and bathroom with a bath. Whilst being on a large parcel of land that is leased to a food producer (with a dedication to maintaining natural habitat) the house is on a small parcel of land that is easily accessible and street front in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. Minutes from beaches, cafes and boutique bars.

'The Bower' is located in lush gardens in the historic village of Mt Kembla. This stylish bungalow is the perfect relaxing retreat or home base to explore the Illawarra and South Coast.
