A self contained annex situated in a quiet cul-de-suc, on drive parking available but a car is not essential as we are located within walking distance of Portsmouth/Fishbourne car ferry also we are 2 minutes walk from main bus stop. The annex comprises on suite double bedroom, lounge/diner/kitchen with log burner for cosy winter nights in (logs provided) Kitchen is well equipped with fridge, freezer, cooker/hob plus microwave. One Small well behaved dog allowed, not to be left unattended .

Waterside Cottage 2 Beds, sleeps 4 marina views.

The cottage gets the sunshine all day, sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms one king and one twin bed room both are en suite. Lounge and front bedroom have views to the marina, rear bedroom and kitchen with views over gardens. Very quiet location away from traffic noise. Nearby there is a foot /cycle path which takes you into Newport with its shops and Restaurants. Only a short drive to sandy beaches. The cottage is central for Island attractions. We can also offer discount for ferry.

Station Location

Welcome to Station Location! At the end of a quite bridal path, this property is a studio apartment that annexes our house. It contains a large super kingsize double bed or 3ft twin beds. It has a sofa, table and chairs, tv and plenty of storage in a large wardrobe. With an ensuite shower room and a kitchenette with all the essentials including a dishwasher. Parking available and pets are welcome!

The Retreat

The Retreat is tucked away in a quiet spot of Wootton and offers guests to enjoy a space surrounded by nature but still being very close to benefits including idyllic walks, including the nearby coast and local creek for kayaking/fishing etc. Also walking distance to many restaurants, pubs, a spa and more. Private access for your stay let’s you come and go as you please.
