Second floor you have privacy and 3 bedrooms available,2 full baths, walkin closet, and hardwood floors. On the first floor, you have a 14F x 15F room that can be used as a living room or kitchenette or TV room. Your living room has a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, large TV, surround sound system. Other amenities include. 24 hour check in/free coffee, free snacks, high speed wi-fi.

The 1780 Suite

Join us for a step back in time at our unique bucolic property. Set on a scenic road, the post and beam farmhouse was built in 1780 and offers a haven of peace and tranquillity after a busy day of exploring New England. Guests have a private entrance and wind their way up the period staircase to the second-floor suite with two bedrooms, a sitting room, a breakfast nook, and a bathroom. Enjoy your morning coffee outside on the Adirondack chairs as you contemplate the charms of country living.

The Wellington House

Enjoy the exquisite natural beauty surrounding this beautiful historic getaway. Beautifully restored and maintained 1860 Farmhouse updated and fully appointed for your comfort. Property boasts fabulous views of 3 acre pond with private waterfall. Every window has views looking out over rolling fields and at horses grazing in adjacent pastures. Beautiful gardens, walking trails and a quintessential farm house porch for relaxing or work. The farm abuts hundreds of acres of State Wildlife land.

Farmhouse Guest Apartment

Welcome to our quiet private guest apartment! Our property, is surrounded by fields, woods, gardens, and a pond. You will enter through a shared entrance & stairway in our home, but have an entire 725 sq. ft. guest apartment all to yourself that includes a living room, full kitchen, bathroom, and large bedroom with a desk. It has ample light with views of fields, stone walls, Christmas trees and our barn. Out back we have a pool, BBQ, table & chairs you may use.

A beautiful 1840s barn loft steps away from miles of hiking trails. Fully separate and private entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette. Enjoy a serene, rustic cabin atmosphere with a historic brick hearth and exposed beams. Southeast facing windows overlook patio, garden and ruins. Off the beaten path but only 5 min. to Rte 2, Rte 495, and Boston commuter rail. Drive times w/o traffic: 45 min. Boston, 20 min. Lowell/ Rte 3, Burlington, Bedford, Nashua 30 min.

Our mountain-view farmhouse sits on a 5 acre knoll, 300' from a quiet country road, surrounded by the sights and sounds of quintessential New England. The location of the property strikes a perfect balance between seclusion and convenience with access to hiking, kayaking, biking, parks, restaurants, grocery, and shopping close by. Restaurant food delivery of local favorites for Japanese (including sushi), Chinese, pizza, sub, salads, etc is available.

The Writer's Retreat: A Sweetwater Stay

Located on the shore of Tully Pond, The Writers Retreat is a newly designed 325sqft lake side cottage with breathtaking views of Tully Mountain. This 4-season cottage is built with salvaged barn wood; up-cycled maple floors and custom built furniture and lighting. It's the little sister to The Fishing Cottage. You'll find this intimate home has everything you need to relax, write the next Great American Novel, connect with a lover, or just plain chill.

Farm Living

We offer a quiet country setting on a small working farm, with cows, horses, pigs, goats, rabbits, dogs, chickens, ducks and wildlife strolling now and then. There’s opportunity to interact with the animals. Pack n play available for little ones upon request and another twin fold up bed.
