Water filtration including RO water located at Kitchen Sink. Washer/Dryer on site. Shopping Plaza is a 3 min walk. Golf course is a 5 minute walk & Green Hill park is a 10 min walk. Bus stop is located at the end of street.

Newly-renovated, 650 square foot cabin with a wall unit AC, fire pit, grill, smart TVs, kayaks, paddle board, and all the amenities you’ll need. (FYI: We also own another lakefront Airbnb right down the street that accommodates 10 guests. Ask for link.) *A brand new retaining wall and dock will be installed May 2024. This will extend and even out the lawn for nights around the firepit!

Visit Nashoba Valley Winery, get coffee at Harvard General Store, go apple-picking at a local orchard, or hike Vaughn Hill trails. *Wood-fired backyard sauna available by request with $20 firing fee *Well-behaved dogs (non-destructive, house-broken) welcome!
