The Annexe

Relax in our peaceful, self-contained annexe just off Worcester Park High Street, nestled on a quiet residential road. Perfect for solo travellers, couples or small families. You're a short walk from Worcester Park Station (Zone 4), with direct trains to London Waterloo in under 30 minutes— ideal for exploring iconic sites like Big Ben, The British Museum, and Covent Garden. Locally, enjoy Nonsuch Park, perfect for walks and picnics, or take a short drive to the historic Hampton Court Palace.

Quiet self-contained Annex

A quiet, recently renovated annex with it's own private entrance, situated in a peaceful leafy private road. Ewell East station is just a 10 minute walk, with direct trains to Victoria and London Bridge. An ideal base for exploring the peaceful surroundings of Surrey and the vibrant city life of London. Close to Epsom Racecourse, Ewell Village and Cheam Village with plenty of good pubs, shops and restaurants. It has a King size bed, fully equipped kitchen with double oven and dishwasher.

Welcome to our peaceful, detached annex offering flexibility, comfort and outdoor space. International guests will find us conveniently situated within 30mins drive of London Gatwick and Heathrow Airports (traffic permitting) and 40mins by train into central London. Ideal for those needing a base to enjoy the delights that Surrey has to offer or somewhere quiet to work from.

The Nook

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This ground floor one bed apartment is perfect for romantic getaway with your partner, or if you are in town for work and you are looking for a home away from home. If you have a little one you want to bring with you. Victoria station is a 20 minute train away, as well as being 15 minutes away from Wimbledon and Croydon by tram. Small to medium dogs are also welcome. EV charging points are NOT on premise. They are on street charging points.

Your own private stylish cabin, own entrance, self check-in. King-size bed, en-suite, kitchenette & private outside space. 8min walk to 2 stations into central London (Waterloo 25min, Wimbledon 15min). Good links to Hampton Court, Kingston upon Thames, Surrey walks and villages. Superloop 7 Bus (SL7) direct to and from Heathrow Airport, 1hour. Very quiet residential road with free parking. No more than 2 guest permitted at anytime on the property. No smoking/vaping on the property.

Private garden summerhouse with full bathroom and kitchen at the back of our garden. The summerhouse is newly built, has full bifolding glass doors and it includes a Smart TV with Utra Fast WIFI. Our house is 5-minute walk from the heart of Wimbledon City Centre and Wimbledon train, tube, and tram station. There is a wide variety of restaurants, shops and supermarkets in the area. The property is tucked away in a quite road and has a modern garden with a beautiful mature cherry tree.

Adjacent to but detached from our elegant Victorian family home, this bright and stylish space is tranquil and self contained and enjoys additional benefits of a private south facing patio garden and dedicated off street parking space.

New Malden Studio

Delightful self contained studio near New Malden station, perfect for couples, business travellers and those visiting friends and family. This space offers its own bathroom, kitchenette, own side entrance, plus garden access. It is ideally situated with excellent transport links to central London and Gatwick + Heathrow airport. In addition it is conveniently located for those attending the Wimbledon tennis championships - enjoy a comfortable stay with all the essentials you need.

Studio in Epsom

This quiet studio is a 15 minute walk from Ewell West train station for a 35 minute direct train to Waterloo. The studio has; - fully functioning kitchen (combination microwave, induction hob & a milk frother (a necessity in my world)) with dining table, - relaxing space to watch TV - dedicated work space with great internet access, - cosy yet firm double bed, all feathered pillows and duvet - skylit shower bathroom, - free parking, - washing machine available (on request)
