Boddington Mill is a stunning countryside retreat in the heart of the Cotswolds, steeped in history and rural charm. The building retains industrial mill parts which intersect multiple levels for a unique and generous living space. Its south-facing garden includes outside dining, wood-fired hot tub, and large lawn, home to wildlife and fruit-bearing trees. Inside, the three king sized bedrooms feature luxury bedding beneath vaulted, oak-beamed ceilings and period windows. Sky TV, Sonos speakers.

Our home is close to the City Centre and all of the University of Worcester campuses. The Worcester Arena and New Road for cricket are a 5 minute walk away. The centre of St. John's is just a 2 minute walk; having a good selection of shops and restaurants. City 10 min. walk. You’ll love our quirky cottage set behind the houses on Henwick Road. 2 king size beds, a sofa bed, a travel cot/high chair are included. However, we have found evidence of it playing a role as the village bakery.
