Stroll in our meandering grounds or take a lovely local walk. Explore a plethora of places to visit & dine a short easy drive away.

Milson Cottage -nr Ludlow. A Home with a View

Ground floor sitting room , kitchen dining area, a log burning stove to relax by the fire,use in Winter only. Kitchen - bespoke cabinets, a granite worktop with electric Aga. An open plan style living/dining room bespoke dining table. Oak staircase to the first floor landing, master bedroom with king size bed, velvet padded headboard , a large round window has incredible views, true luxury. A seperate contemporary bathroom room, with a shower over bath, washbasin, wc and a heated towel rail.

The Hoot House ( tawny owls live nearby )

Characterful but modern (2017) cottage, sleeps up to 6/7 guests in 3 bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms; there is also a 4th bedroom with a single bed. The Hoot House is located in the pretty village of Neen Sollars, within 12 miles of Ludlow . Welsh Marches, Ironbridge and Shropshire Hills are all easily accessible. We welcome up to 2 dogs for which we make a charge of £20 each . Outside, guests have their own patio and large grassed area as well as access to our tennis ct and 40 acres of grounds

The cottage has a private entrance, with views overlooking the fields and surrounding farmland, and fully enclosed garden. Watch and listen to the wildlife - and enjoy the company of sheep, alpacas, chickens and horses. Take a walk and enjoy the tranquil countryside. In the winter, cosy up next to the toasty log burner, or enjoy the dark starry skies.

Spacious living area is ideal for people needing to work - The twin room on the second floor has a sloping roof and due to steep stairs is not suitable for children under 8 Coddington Vineyard is close to the market town of Ledbury and the Malvern hills are 15 mins away ideal for walking and cycling. A complimentary wine tasting for guests at week ends.

Relax in the King size Bed and enjoy the peaceful setting on offer, it has a fully equipped Kitchen, combi oven, with table and chairs, the sofa bed can accommodate one extra person. Private entrance and parking on site don't forget to bring your rackets as free use of the Tennis Court is available. Highspeed internet is included and enjoy an alfresco drink outside. The Retreat

The Retreat is a perfect place to unwind, the one bedroom cabin boasts a Kitchenette with Cooking Facilities and utensils, a King Size Bed and Wet room, Terrace over looking duck pond, and fields, private parking for 2 cars or vans Milk tea & coffee included along with Cereals & Crumpets. The Duck House is an open plan hand built wooden cabin situated in front of one of our lakes beside our beautiful private woodland which you have direct access to.. With views directly onto the lake it is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the countryside. It is equipped with a fully fitted kitchen and bathroom and has everything you will need for a long or short stay. Well behaved dog friendly. Explore our private woodland and lakes or the local footpaths. SORRY NO FISHING OR WIFI.

Deluxe Coach House at Bretforton Manor with pool

The Coach House makes up part of Bretforton Manor, a Grade II-listed Jacobean estate that’s a 10-minute drive from Chipping Campden in the picturesque north Cotswolds. We only have the one property which is luxurious and very spacious for two people. Guests have access to our incredible facilities (5 acres of grounds with an indoor swimming pool, which is open April to Sept and a tennis court). Bretforton is a brilliant base to explore the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Oxford.

Near the Railway pub and Dorridge cricket club, this large Edwardian House has beautiful gardens and a wildlife reserve all of which can be used by guests. It is handy for local transport with a bus stop at the bottom of the drive and a bus to Solihull every hour. Dorridge station is a 15 minute walk with trains to Birmingham Moor Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick, and London Marylebone. The NEC and Resorts World are 15 minutes by car.
