Goodwood 4 mile beaches 7 miles. 9 piece English breakfast is included in the price (see photos) can adjust to your liking as well as cereals & toast. Free tea/coffee 7am-10pm. Modern bedroom with double bed. PLEASE NOTE! room is priced for 1 guest, additional charge for 2nd guest. Bathroom has bath with shower over and is shared with other guests. Two other rooms are available, one double with en-suite and one single.

We are a 5 min walk to the seafront, A 2 min walk to bus stops going straight into town or along coast roads.

Single room for 1 person, in a friendly, family home. Wi-Fi, TV included in your bedroom. Clean shared bathroom with electric shower. Continental breakfast and street parking available. Hot dinner upon request for an additional £10 per meal This room is close to amenities and has a direct bus route to Gatwick (under 5 miles). We do have two cats and are a smoke free home. Outside space available, use of washing machine upon request.
