The property is equipped with televisions in the sitting room & master bedroom. Netflix/Prime available-you’ll need your login details to your accounts. Unique eco sustainable guest house built in 2022 with stunning views over private fields lined with Oak Trees as well as views overlooking a private new pristine 17m swimming pool. The beautiful pool is heated from March 2026. Quiet location, country walks (close to National Park) and a local pub 1 mile away. Modern, new stylish interiors with a cosy wood burner (in Winter months) and a large patio, BBQ and fire pit outside (wood not included). Conveniently located 15 miles to Gatwick Airport.

10 minutes walk to the beach, Promenade, pier and shops, in a perfect location for those wanting to stay in Worthing. Only a 3 min walk to the hospital. Waitrose and Lidl are just across the road and there are dozens of pubs and restaurants plus the UK's oldest cinema, The Dome, all within half a mile. Free on street parking for a car is available but not guaranteed. The property is available for short stays until end of February 2026 and after that for longer stays of over four weeks.

Enjoy the private cosy south/west facing terrace, and relax in your own private Jacuzzi Hot-Tub. 2 allocated parking spaces.
