'The Nest' near Arundel

Wake up in the beautiful South Downs National Park, with a perfect view from every window. Our self-contained, recently refurbished, and well equipped apartment overlooks the fields and wildlife that surround us. Walk one way and you are in historic Arundel with its castle and cathedral (takes about 40 minutes). Walk the other way and you have immediate access to the many South Downs footpaths. Jump in the car and you're 15 minutes from the seaside, and 20 minutes from Goodwood or Chichester.

We are a 2 minute walk from the train station, 5 minute drive to the beach, and 25 minutes from both Brighton and Chichester. Worthing is a wonderful town with lots of amazing restaurants and bars. You can visit the wonderful Dome cinema with it's vintage style or take an evening stroll along the promenade

The Lodge 44a (refreshed in 2025!) is purpose built, STEP FREE, accessible, semi-detached bungalow (shower is NOT wheelchair accessible) on the edge of Worthing a short walk from the National Park. Consists of a King-size en-suite bedroom, very well equipped kitchen, cosy and comfortable lounge/diner/utility room with additional toilet/high end washer/dryer. It has every home comfort, 55" OLED TV incl. full cable & streaming TV. Free off street parking. Own front door. Very fast (secure) Wi-Fi.

The Loft We’re situated a stones throw from the South Downs Way, approximately half way between Winchester & Eastbourne. Ideal for those who are walking/cycling the SDW. The loft is a bright & comfortable studio. Ideally for 2 adults, but a 3rd adult/child can be catered for, a Z bed is available on request. There is a king bed, kitchenette, shower room, 2 comfy chairs & tv. Patio doors to a deck, BBQ, with stunning views onto the surrounding fields. Here you can see the free range pigs.

Your family will be close to everything at this centrally located flat. The sea is just 5 minutes away, with the Pier and all the usual amenities within a short walk. Nearest station is East Worthing, 8 minutes. The South Downs and surrounding countryside are just a short drive away. Worthing has plenty to offer all ages, with Brighton within easy reach. West is Littlehampton - river Arun, that runs up to the historic town of Arundel with it's castle, cathedral, tea rooms and antique shops.
