Sitting On The Dock Of The Bay…is our tranquil designer-styled bay house. We believe it is the Central Coast’s best kept secret. At the end of a rain-forested road, our waterfront reserve retreat commands an unbeatable view over Phegan’s Bay, a little known, secluded waterway far from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to dip into the Central Coasts many activities and services. You will wake up to the romantic sound of anchors clinking, birds chirruping, immersed in lifes simple pleasures.

Private retreat 10min walk to beach

Our private, modern beach-style studio cabin is a scenic 5 min walk to the beach and the main street of Umina. It's on the bus line, making it an easy 10 mins to Woy Woy station. Also close to Umina Beach Caravan Park and Recreation Precinct. Club & cafes nearby. Strictly no smoking or pets allowed. Please include a photo of yourself on your Airbnb account, tell us what you will be doing here and the names, ages, genders of all guests for safety reasons and so we can ensure we are a good match.

This spacious tiny is a single level retreat equipped with a comfy King size bed and 65'' TV. The skylit shower let's you soak in the sun rays underneath the rainfall showerhead. Rinse off the beach sand under the outdoor shower for that true nature experience. Enjoy your enclosed deck, firepit, bbq and eating space that crosses over from inside to outside. Nearby grab a coffee, a meal, take your furry friend for a run on the dog friendly beaches (plural). Just relax this holiday you deserve it.

Walk to secluded Lobster Beach; near Killcare, MacMasters Beach & beside Bouddi National Park: a week's worth of bushwalks from the door. The garden studio is at the ground level of the house, it's surrounded by mature trees and lush plants. Located a few minutes walk to a public wharf with ferries to Woy Woy, local cafe and general store; a few minutes drive to the beautiful Bouddi coastal walk, restaurants and shops. You will enjoy your private space with a separate entrance. Friendly chickens and cat might pay you a visit. Feel free to play the piano or borrow our bikes during your stay. Not suitable for children under 12.
