Private drive for parking for several vehicles. In an established residential area the house has a degree of privacy, and close to shops. 5 mins drive from Wrexham centre,15mins from Llangollen/LLandegla and 20mins from Chester.

Originally built in 1877 as a miners cottage, the house oozes quality and has been restored to an extremely high standard preserving some original features. This home is extremely close to supermarkets (2 minute walk) and restaurants and pubs (5 minutes) located in Wrexham Town centre. If countryside walks and historical interests are a theme for your visit, why not walk to Erddig Park, Wrexhams own ‘Downton Abbey’!

With under-floor heating, a Sauna and a full cinema system with screen and a stunning audio system from Monitor Audio. The surroundings are wonderful, we even have our lake for fishing, swimming or perhaps kayaking. Plenty of local pubs serving fantastic food in local villages. The comfortable sofa bed will be made up ready for your arrival. We welcome well behaved dogs, (we have a black Labrador)
