Built in 1880 this newly revamped home has an open concept full kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Wood flooring and 12-foot ceilings throughout. Close to downtown, Miami Valley Hospital and the University of Dayton. Within walking distance to shopping, dining and much more.

Conveniently located 10 minutes from the Dayton Airport, and 14 minutes to downtown Dayton. 11 minutes to Rose Music Center. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance, and Metroparks bike trail at the end of our street. Dogs are welcomed for an additional fee. No cats. Unique quirks about our little home: the ceiling coming down the steps is lower, and the bathroom is a jack-and-jill.

Huber Heights Hot Tub Bungalo

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space only 2 miles away from the Rose Amphitheater and 10 minutes from downtown Dayton. The spacious backyard is equipped with 113 jet hotub with a firepit and a relaxing waterfall. The sunroom is a great spot to start the day with complementary coffee/creamer. Complete with 4 Tvs and a computer. The living room has a Nintendo Switch for family fun. Have both a charcoal and gas grills. Please take note. The pool is taken down in September.

Please be aware that the other side of the home is also rented for guests, so while the spaces are completely separate, you may hear noise from other bookings.
