This two bedroom ground floor apartment is steps to the beach and within an easy walk to the best that Wrightsville Beach has to offer. It is part of a classic 1930's beach cottage and is a clean and inviting haven for the weary beach-goer. The owners Walt, Alexandra and Grayson occupy the upper floor of the house. Grayson is 3 years old and typically wakes up at 7am to start the sometimes noisy job of being a toddler, so guests should be aware that they might hear some upstairs activities.

Its name stems from the iconic hotel that sat on the corner of Lumina Ave and Stone street in the early 1900’s. All three units come equipped with full kitchens, full baths, Juliet balconies, washers and dryers, as well as elevated linens and bath products. The Atlantic' is a 1 bedroom and 1 bath unit with views of both the ocean and Banks Channel.

Hardwood floors, wood paneling and lots of natural light makes the house glow. It's mid-century all the way but bathrooms and kitchen are updated. A porch view that's perfect for watching the boats go by. It's on a quiet and residential street at the end of the island. Beach is 2 blocks east.
