Its name stems from the iconic hotel that sat on the corner of Lumina Ave and Stone street in the early 1900’s. All three units come equipped with full kitchens, full baths, Juliet balconies, washers and dryers, as well as elevated linens and bath products. The Atlantic' is a 1 bedroom and 1 bath unit with views of both the ocean and Banks Channel.

This unit has central heat and air, and a full size washer and dryer. 24 West is located just steps to the waterway and only a 5 minute walk to the beach.
