The Hobbit is a tiny yet cosy hideaway retreat, located in the South Norfolk countryside. Set amongst beautiful old country gardens, furnished with antique furniture and fittings. Guests are free to explore and relax within the many acres provided. The Hobbit is the perfect space for guests to escape and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of Norfolk. You will love this self contained studio which is sunny in summer yet cosy in winter. Brindle studio has two private outside seating areas. One sunny courtyard garden and one cosy undercover area. Brindle studio has its own private entrance .The studio is attached to our home ( So some noise at times maybe heard ) although the adjoining door is locked giving you a private area. We have designed brindle studio to give you a feeling of security to enable you to have a relaxing time in Norfolk.

An immaculately presented two bedroom semi-detached cottage with a large private garden and off-street parking. A shop and a great Indian restaurant within 1/2 mile walk, and a great pub about 1 mile away, however you really do need a car to get anywhere. A quiet location with only a handful of houses nearby. Eight miles from the centre of Norwich, on the edge of the Norfolk Broads, 15 miles to the beautiful beaches of the Norfolk coast. Lots to do, with both city and country life close by.

The Old Potting Shed close to the broads

Cottage set in 10 acres of parkland. Central to the Norfolk Broads , the coast and the city of Norwich is a 15 min drive away . Ideal for a couple (plus young child) or single person just wishing to get away. The cottage has a large living area with a sofa bed which is suitable for children. A tv and open plan kitchen, table and chairs . One bedroom, bathroom attached. Kitchen - Oven, fridge, microwave. 2 Parking spaces. The local Indian restaurant and pub are both within walking distance.

City Apartment, Norwich Lanes, Paid parking nearby

This is a classic early 1970s studio city apartment ( of approx 38 square metres) for 1 or 2 people that could not be more central ; perfect for exploring the old streets of Norwich. Once inside the apartment you have views of the old city skyline. There is a communal garden and all the comforts indoors that you need. *NB the sleeping area is in the Eaves and is approached via a proper but narrow staircase. Head height is fine in the centre over 6 feet( see photos). Car parking nearby.

Cottage sleeping 4 + 2 set in 36 Acres of Meadows, Woodland, Wetlands, Lake, Stream & a very well equipped Gym. A well equipped, tastefully decorated 2 bedroom, former Gamekeepers residence. A natural haven is set down a long track and within the beautiful Broadland district (home to the Norfolk Broads and its wonderful wildlife), yet only a short drive/bus ride from the historic, cathedral city of Norwich, easy access to the outstanding North Norfolk Coast.

A contemporary, light-filled, first-floor apartment perfectly designed for two positioned in the heart of the ever-popular village of Horning in the Norfolk Broads. The king-size bedroom comes with luxury bedlinen, plenty of wardrobe space and towels are also provided in the modern ensuite bathroom (with walk-in shower). There is a TV, DVD player (and plenty of DVDs), WIFI and a radio, as well as lots of information about local attractions.

This is a private studio flat with en-suite bathroom and kitchen on the second floor of our central house. It is newly renovated with brand new appliences. This self-contained studio has a kitchen, mini fridge, glass stove, mini oven, microwave, toaster, slow cooker and a kettle. The studio has a Hemnes Ikea bed that can be setup as a single or king size bed upon request. We can accommodate a third guest on a convertible two-seater.

The Folly - one off luxury Glamping accommodation

This is a bespoke type of glamping accommodation, which was completed in 2018. Currently single night bookings are excepted from Sunday-Friday with a minimum of 2 nights Friday -Sunday.
