If you’re feeling energetic, play tennis or pickleball on our court or cycle the Phoenix Trail - (Bikes/E-bikes by arrangement.) There is everything that you need, whether for overnight or a longer stay, with a well equipped kitchen. Come for the peace and quiet, admire the wildlife, explore the unspoiled countryside on foot or by bicycle or enjoy the wealth of top class local restaurants and tourist attractions.

Stunning One Bedroom Annex

The annex is very cosy. The bedroom has ensuite and there is a separate living room with a very comfy sofa. There is a garden and outside dining table. Our house has the 'Loudwater' sign right outside our house if you don't see the number 9 in the dark. We are also directly opposite Thanestead Court. Our place is just off junction 3 High Wycombe East from M40 so a great location to get to all places in Buckinghamshire as well as to London. The location is very peaceful.

Situated on the Oxfordshire/Buckinghamshire borders, it's the perfect location if you are visiting for a wedding or function nearby, or simply wish to explore the area's many local attractions.

The Barn is a self-contained recently converted space in the heart of the Chilterns. It is close to the riverside towns of Henley-on-Thames and Marlow and the surrounding Chiltern countryside. It is located on the edge of the village of Frieth with nearby farm shops and local gastro-pubs within a 5 min drive. The Barn is in a private and peaceful location with off-street parking. It is perfect for couples, solo travellers and small families.

Red Kite Barn in a secluded valley close to Marlow

Red Kite Barn is situated in a lovely secluded valley (AONB), a 5 minute drive (25min walk) into Marlow, with its coffee shops, riverside walks and Michelin star dining. We are perfectly located for cycling or walking in the beautiful Chilterns and a short drive from Henley and Windsor. Heathrow is half an hour and fast trains go into London from Maidenhead. Red Kites, squirrels, foxes and deer are regular visitors to the garden.
