Free street parking is available directly in front of the home. Guests enjoy 2 comfy bedrooms, a workspace, full kitchen, cozy living room, and private backyard — ideal for business travelers or a calm getaway. This is a private home with no shared spaces; guests enjoy the entire home except my separate suite and garage. STR-4825-032

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. All 4 bedrooms are large and spacious. Each has a Roku TV. Game room with pool table, 65 inch Roku TV, dart board, and seating. Nicely stocked kitchen and dining in kitchen, dining room, and on patio. The pool is available, but not heated. Spa is not heated. The pool is cleaned weekly on Tuesday. There is a pool net available to remove leaves and other debris. Trailers, boats, RVs can not be parked at the property.

Modern Townhouse fully equipped and beautifully decorated. Situated on the crossroads of Allen, Fairview and McKinney. Walking distance from shopping, restaurants, gym, pharmacy and grocery stores but tucked away on a quiet street. A 7 minute drive from McKinney downtown, 15 min. drive from Plano and Frisco areas and 40 minutes from Dallas/DFW airport. We allow for at least 24 hours between reservations to thoroughly clean and disinfect the whole house.

This unique place has a style all its own. Close to Bishop Arts and Downtown our guest house has all the privacy and convenience you need. Thru your private entrance you walk past the waterfall pond, under an arch of tree vines, into a cozy and updated home. Outside at the end of the wraparound porch you’ll find a private fire pit. On the rooftop there’s a 2 person hot tub with incredible views of the city and Dallas National Golf Club.
