Melbourne CBD about 40 minutes drive. Private room with private bathroom with shower and toilet, not ensuite but next to the bedroom, queen size bed, can add single mattress for extra charge if required. Guests are free to use the kitchen and all appliances, washing machine and big outdoor carpark.
