Our 1800's homestead was a stop on the Underground Railroad & a land grant to a Revolutionary War Veteran. The cottage is surrounded on 2 sides with a deck that overlooks the pond and the bike trail. Located on 66 acres of rolling farmland and wooded countryside, this restored, 19th century log cabin is rustic but not the least bit primitive. A massive stone fireplace makes relaxing in the winter cozy. Enjoy your morning coffee along with a beautiful view of Ohio farmland from the screened-in porch. Jump into the outdoor shower or hot tub after a day of hiking or shopping in nearby Yellow Springs. Centrally located, the Cabin is just 20 minutes from Dayton and 50 minutes from Columbus.

Originally built in 1940, caretaker's cabin is a quaint one bedroom suite complete with a full bath, microwave, mini fridge and coffee. This cozy, spacious, second story studio apartment resides in the heart of downtown Cedarville, Ohio. Its many windows provide calming natural light, and its open floor plan makes it amenable for both romantic weekend getaways and family gatherings. This apartment is within walking distance of both Cedarville University (0.25 miles) and the Cedarville business district (0.5 miles). The apartment features a small kitchenette and comfortable sleeping accommodations for up to 5 people.

The Homestead is an excellent place to relax & entertain your whole family and friends (up to 10 People). The extra large deck overlooks 150 Acres of fields, private wetland, and pond where you can fully relax & enjoy the farm experience. So bring cameras, binoculars, fishing poles, and walking shoes/boots for the 2 miles of trails for a truly memorable visit.
