The Yurt is equipped with a full kitchen, bathroom and shower, gas heat stove, WiFi/TV, BBQ, and outdoor shower. BYOB - bring your own bedding, with two futons and oversize Paco Pads (firm), we recommend bringing extra blankets for padding and chilly coastal nights.

Enjoy a camp setting just a block-long stroll to Heceta Beach in this vintage 1964 Airstream Land Yacht. Cheerfully renovated with cushy full bed in the front and two twins mid cabin. Microwave, fridge and coffee maker, work desk. There are two other Airstreams at camp too, if you are traveling with others and wish to have additional space. Just remodeled for a more spacious 400 Square feet , with two gravity recliners and a comfy queen bed and private bathroom and light eating area. We are located on a full half acre. We live in the main house and the studio is in the front of our house, not on ocean side, a View of the ocean can be seen from the kitchen window , there’s a private courtyard that takes you to the ocean. Please do not bring any cooking devices as this is not allowed, A 110 plug is there for EV chargers.

Recently updated the guest bedroom to replace the old trundle beds with brand new queen bed and flatscreen TV. Our little slice of heaven located 2 blocks from one of the nicest beaches in Oregon. Summer visits include optional access to Bayshore Clubhouse (guest fee additional) with heated pool, rec room and more. 1 King, 1 Queen, small double futon, 2 bathrooms, large bathtub with view of ocean, Satellite, WiFi, Blu-ray player. Fully stocked kitchen, BBQ and wood stove.

We are located 2 miles from the entrance to the Mary's Peak recreation area, the highest spot in the coast range. During winter, there is usually access to snow, only a 15 minute drive from our cabin to the top of Mary's Peak. Alsea Falls is a 25 minute drive. The coastal town of Waldport is a 45 minute drive, Oregon State University is a 20 minute drive away, and University of Oregon is 1 hour south of us. Cabin is on our private property where we live as well.

Watch the waves roll in, the sun set, the birds fly by, and occasionally whales and sea lions from our comfy home. Hunt for agates on the smelt sand beach and explore the tide pools just in front of the house, walk down the nearby 804 trail to an 8-mile sandy beach, or head to nearby Cape Perpetual for a hike.

Enjoy the tranquil view of the Pacific Ocean from the comfort of the living room or while relaxing on the oceanside deck, with prevailing ocean winds mitigated by a sheltering grove of spruce trees.

We love our home and know you will as well. Seagrass is a perfect place to relax and unwind on a quick getaway or an extended stay. Bring your furry friends, DOGS only- no cats -(up to two), with our approval and a fee of $25 per pooch. We have a Great Dane and know very well that you can't leave a family member at home. Please note that in order to keep our house friendly to non-pet owners alike, we do not allow dogs on furniture.
