Hunt for agates on the smelt sand beach and explore the tide pools just in front of the house, walk down the nearby 804 trail to an 8-mile sandy beach, or head to nearby Cape Perpetual for a hike.

During the day, enjoy the panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean while working on a puzzle, or relax in the wonderful flower garden in the back yard. At night you will sleep well in cozy, comfortable beds. This is a great home for the larger family or two families to share.

Stay in our peaceful cabin, nestled in the forest along the Yachats River. A short 5-10 minute walk will take you to both the beach and downtown Yachats. This special cabin in the Quiet Water community earned an award of merit in Sunset Magazine in 1985! ** Pool and hot tub are only available mid June through Labor Day weekend. Otherwise closed for the winter. **

Bring your furry friends, DOGS only- no cats -(up to two), with our approval and a fee of $25 per pooch.
