Strictly only one onsite car space available. Located right in the centre of town. You have everything at your fingertips. No Air con but lots of windows with breeze. Cafes, clubs, shops, beaches. Just 30sec walk to get a coffee. 2-5 minute walk to Beach, river, ferry wharf, golf club, bowling club and the famous Pacific hotel. Big open space lounge and dining. Big main bedroom with walk in robe, relax in the big corner bath. Bathroom and toilet is open plan to bedroom, see photos.

'' when you walk downstairs it feels like something fun going to happen '' thanks Oli , it can't be said better !. It's a sunny morning , there's not a breath of wind , or ripple on the tidal lake 35 steps from my bedroom ( your bedroom ? ). the ocean is just across the National Park and here in the palms , the privacy and peace is magical . you're protected from hot summer winds and sunset evenings dining out , sharing the ambience, go..on and on .....

Blue Back

Lovingly restored and completely private with its own walled courtyard, the granny flat is a lovely fresh and light filled space located just 200m from the magnificent Clarence river and a short walk/ride into the centre of town. The street is very quiet with plenty of parking and the flat is nestled in a large backyard surrounded by snippets of rural lifestyle including lush gardens, friendly chickens and hardworking bees.

A Little Piece of Paradise

Accommodation consists of an en-suite and generous bedroom with queen bed, ample packing space and private lounge with TV and kitchenette, a sparkling pool and undercover BBQ area, with plenty of safe off-street parking available. Unfortunately our flat is not set up for children nor is our property available for pets. This is all in a very tranquil setting (only 6 km from the highway), with lots of bird and animal life.

Two bedroom self contained unit opposite Yamba marina. Private entrance with full use of backyard and inground pool. Wonderful views of Yamba marina Close proximity to all that Yamba offers. 10 minute scenic walk along the river to the heart of Yamba. 1 minute from boat ramp to access the Clarence river and ocean.

Relax and enjoy this lovely, spacious 48m2 self-contained and fully equipped studio. It has a small but private, fully enclosed yard and covered verandah with day bed and BBQ. Hugo's is close to everything, so you can explore the local shops, restaurants, beaches and natural beauty of the Yamba area.
