You can relax by the pool, surrounded by lush tropical gardens, or you can take a short 15 minute drive into the stunning beaches of Yamba, or 10 minutes to the quaint township of Maclean, situated on the banks of the Clarence River. Stylish, air conditioned, 1 bedroom self-contained B&B apartment located on the ground floor of my residence in a quiet street in Grafton. Only 4 minutes drive to CBD. Includes single carport, and separate entry with key security safe for self check-in. Well equipped kitchenette, modern bathroom and laundry facilities; residence has river frontage, heated pool and spa. Accommodation suits professionals for short or longer term stays. The unit is not set up for babies, toddlers or teenagers.

The Beach Ranch - Pool

Large three bedroom apartment with pool designed meticulously to create your home away from home. Just a short walk from the the beach this home features a large front deck with ocean views and and courtyard out the back with inbuilt seating and a shaded pergola for chilling out around the pool. All the frills one would need...Nespresso machine, wifi, smart TV a bluetooth Bang and Olsen stereo and a hot outdoor shower. Perfect house for two families or extended family.

The Lazy Llama Evans Head is a seaside cottage. The perfect combination of location and style surrounded by lush tropical gardens and the sound of the ocean. The Lazy Llama is the idyllic getaway for couples, families or a group of friends. Hide your car keys away with cafes, shops and white sandy beaches all steps from your deck. Soak up the sun lazing around the pool, take in the sea breeze rocking in the hanging chair and enjoy the balmy evenings by the fire pit.

Yambience

Private side access with plenty of parking leads to your own private yard and deck. Access to our shared pool through the gate and out the back onto the Clarence River reserve for some fishing or kayaking. 5 minutes drive to Yamba CBD and famous beaches. The space has a equipped kitchenette, BBQ on the deck, separate bathroom / toilet, NBN internet and access to laundry if required. Suits a single/couple or up to 4 people. It has a queen bed and a double sofa bed.

The Barn

The Barn is fully self-contained accommodation 20 metres away from the main farmhouse. Wildlife abounds on this secluded 140 acre farm. You’ll wake up to the neigh of a horse, or the chatter of the cheeky King Parrots. We hope you like animals! Great place to take a break & breathe in the country air, while still being only 20min off the M1 motorway & 18min to the Grafton CBD. Fold out sofa bed available for additional guests or kiddies. Daphne’s Cottage

Daphne’s Cottage is a new and private space located in South Grafton. The space offers 1 bedroom with a small balcony to enjoy your morning coffee, a spacious bathroom, and a living area with your own kitchenette. The cottage is attached to the main house but has its own entrance and completely separate so your privacy is respected at all times. The cottage overlooks the lovely pool. The space is quiet and well appointed making your stay extremely comfortable
