If wildlife watching and bushwalking is more your thing you can enjoy long walks through the 40 year old pecan orchards, Palm tree plantations and the Australian bush that surrounds the house on the 100 acre property.

The guest house is a timber clad building that was the original house on the property. It is a functional space that suits a group of friends or families visiting Grafton for the Jacaranda Festival, Race Week, hockey titles, Easter or Christmas. The building has two adjoining bedrooms downstairs, kitchen, living area & bathroom. Upstairs there is a loft that can sleep extra people. The Clarence River adjoins the property.

A place for you to slow down. As you arrive and walk through our front door you will be greeted by the ocean and a beautiful welcome hamper. The Slow is a beautiful, absolute beachfront, newly renovated early 1900s beach shack located in Wooli, NSW. Almost every window in our home has an ocean view, the most spectacular moment is watching the sunrise from the bedroom. 1 pet is allowed upon approval with a $70 pet fee.
