Little House on the Hill

The Little House on the Hill at the eastern end of Warburton overlooks the chooks, the veggie patch, the orchard and across the valley to gorgeous 270° views. It is next door to the Big House, set on an acre that slopes down to the Yarra River. A great swimming spot on hot days and a good way to access the town and the rail trail (five minutes there, maybe ten minutes return - uphill). There are plenty of lovely walks nearby including the Aqueduct Trail that starts further up the hill.

Duck'n Hill Cottage (& EV charge station)

Built by eccentric artists in the 80's this quaint little mudbrick sits in the heart of the Yarra Valley surrounded by wineries, stunning gardens and views. Recently renovated for comfort with concrete flooring, new A/C, hot water system, renovated bathroom and numerous outdoor spaces. The kitchenette includes a coffee machine, kettle & facilities, air fryer, toaster, egg steamer, utensils, bar fridge & microwave. The perfect romantic getaway surrounded by nature.

What was once our tiny family home now sits on a little farm for you to enjoy, looking over the orchard and forest. Your own driveway will lead you out to the little house, past our private residence and orchard. You can rest on the deck, lay on the grass or soak in the tub. With no WiFi or TV you can disconnect for a while and let the surrounds recharge you. Wander with the chickens in the orchard, take yourself out into the forest or explore the Yarra Valley.

Cosy Country Retreat

Located close to all the winery’s ( don’t forget the chocolaterie ) that the Yarra Valley has to offer,this space is: -Perfect for a couple -Queen bed -Netflix and wifi -kitchen with basic essentials -working/office space -Clean,fresh bathroom - with some added essentials -Fresh new space -Separate from main house and quiet -Private -Fire pit- weather permitting -car parking -we have two dogs you may see them, they are very friendly. Vintage Caravan, Rainforest & Lyrebirds

Our 1959 vintage caravan is just 12ft long, best for a couple or two friends. Wake up to the sounds of Lyrebirds, enjoy a private walk in our rainforest gully and stroll around the garden, one of the best private gardens in the Dandenongs. Offering a minimum of one night stay for a quick getaway or to stay longer & enjoy the peace, light the fire pit, which is under cover, ideal if it's raining (made from a beer keg), and roast marshmallows.
