Set in a leafy garden enjoy a private, secluded and cosy studio within 3km of the CBD. Our 36 sqm studio with lofty ceilings has a queen bed, kitchenette, work space, lounge area and bathroom. Cafes, parks, beaches and the famous South Melb market are within 1km. Public transport is only 150m from the door and there is ample on street parking. Public transport provides direct access to St Kilda (10 min), the Arts Centre precinct (8 min), the CBD (12 min), Carlton (20 min) and Fitzroy (25 min)

Entry is private via the back gate. Backyard is a delightful setting for shared use. Extremely close to train, tram, and buses and the best parkland in Melbourne. Located in inner city, with pubs and cafes and cinema in easy walking distance, yet is surrounded by trees and close to the Merri path and Capital City Trail.

My beautiful House is directly opposite a park, 10 minutes walk to the bay and close to Williamstown beach (20 minutes walk). It is also situated in Melbourne's historic beach side area of Williamstown. The house is in a quiet street, with ample parking directly opposite. There are shops and a supermarket about 8 minutes walk around the corner. The nearest train station is Newport (20 Mins walk) which is a 25 mins train ride to the city. The house is surrounded by parks and trees.
