This is the country - if animal sounds or the occasional bug or fly bothers you, this is not for you ;). There is no WiFi out there - BUT there’s a Roku TV - it REQUIRES a hot spot. Orchard Vacation Home

This pre-fab home was built in 1984, but completed an ultimate renovation in 2020. The home has central heating & air conditioning, plus two mini-splits to supplement. The home is only 1.5 miles from downtown, and is central to all Prescott attractions including the rodeo, lakes, hiking, museums, Whiskey Row, and shopping. As you can tell from the photos, the home has undergone a complete renovation with new drywall, flooring, kitchen and bathroom cabinets, doors, appliances and furniture.
