Hola y bienvenidos to the newly built lower level of our home just 5 mins from Puerto Nuevo & Los Tubos beaches. This beautiful spacious 2 bedroom home is comfortable, clean and bright. House is stocked with card/board games & beach amenities. Starlink internet for those that must do some work while they play. A/C units in each room. Generator & cistern so if the power is interrupted your work and paradise experience won't be. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.

The house has two bedrooms. The first with a queen bed and twin bed. The other room has a queen/queen bunk beds and another queen bed. Two complete and modern bathrooms, one inside with jets and the other in the pool area plus additional shower. Living room you will find Roku TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime. We have board games and pellet barbecue. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, stove and all utensils. It has a cistern, power plant and water filter.

Dentro del apartamento está prohibido fumar 🚭 de hacerlo habrá una penalidad de 250 dólares por concepto de limpieza profunda.

Saludos, me llamo Francisco y ubico en Vega Baja PR. Me gusta hacer de mis nuevas experiencias unas inolvidables y deseo que usted también las pueda vivir en mi alojamiento. Con el ambiente tropical y la brisa playera de las tardes podrás sentir la esencia de nuestra isla. Con dos cuartos equipados para cuatro personas y con una espaciosa sala y comedor además la hermosa cocina y baño también tendrán televisión para el entrenimiento de todos. Es un lugar humilde y muy a gusto.

I t is a second floor. 45 min away from Luis Muñoz Marin Airport. 5 min away driving to Puerto Nuevo Beach Vega Baja, one of the best beach of the Island. 10 min to Ojo de Agua, Charco Azul and Laguna Tortuguero. Has many restaurants around. Vega Baja has Uber and Uber eat services, however my recommendation is to rent a car. The property has solar system. Important note: No central AC, just AC in the bedrooms, Fan in the livingroom. House isn't in front of the sea.
